I re-design my blog every year. So for this year, I wanted to "go back to my source". You know? Not to forget the basics.

Last year was about "Learning and Connection" for me, come to think of it. For example on the skill side, I have learned CakePHP, HTML5, and CSS3. On the personal desire side, I was trying hard to learn how to play the piano.

Also, I have met many people from web and related industries aftre all. Developer, designer, writer, director... basically I am not really a social type, maybe I am just a shy boy so it was very fortunate of me meeting many people in the true sense.

From this year, I will change my unit name "CI CREATOR" to "ONE PERCENT DESIGN". I make my self go up to whole new level with it.

Again through last year, I have learned so may things from everyone I met and everything I have tried. Even the first day of this year, I had a chance to learn something already.

If I called last year "the learning year", I would like to call this year "the earning year". I mean, I would like to actually "earn" something with things I have learned through last year. That is why I though that "I want to earn the 1% of someone's chance with 99% of our effort" about naming ONE PERCENT DESIGN.

At last, I have to thank everyone for the care and support when I needed your help last year. Thank you very much. I will try even harder that previous years to earn your "1%" in the year of 2011!

追記：

去年の抱負は以下のように「造る」に徹した目標でした。大まかには達成できたものと自負していますが、反省すべき点も沢山あります。（いくつか消したものもあります）

• 知り合いと組んでサイトつくりまくる
• 仕事面で目標を設定したい
• 努力する、死ぬほど頑張る
• 頭おかしいテンションで作る

今年の抱負は、去年一年を通してどうしても小生には英語力とコミュニケーション能力がまだまだ足りないことを痛感したので、今年一年をかけて、以下の３つを改善していきます。

• 英語
  • 今まで逃げてきた分野ですが、今年は抱負に入れたため、仕事面で支障が無いレベルにまで英語力を身につけます
• コミュニケーション
  • こちらは今まで既に自信のあった分野ですが、ディレクション面で人と共に歩むことを考えるとまだまだ未熟であることを痛感しました。意識的に改善していきます。
• 業務、作業全般の効率化
  • 技術面での業務効率はもうあまり気にしません。ただし、全体を見通した広告制作全般の業務効率に力を入れていきます。

加えて、今年の欲しいものリスト。

• 椅子
• Mac Pro(Quad or 8Core)
• TOEIC 800点.

取り急ぎはこれだけ欲しいです。Macは前から欲しかったけど、あまり必要性無かったのですが、映像系考えると欲しいですね。

さて、頑張ろう。
